If you are based in United States, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment.


At the moment, we are able to offer tracking information for most international orders, but some shipping carriers are not available. But don't worry, you will receive your order within 8-21 business days.

Your items are shipped from our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location. If you purchased multiple items in your order, it is possible that your items are shipped in separate packages.

For United States orders, delivery will take between 2 and 5 business days on average. You may select a quicker shipping option at checkout.


For international orders, delivery will take between 7 and 20 business days. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to be delivered, allow at least 15 business days before reaching out to our customer service.
Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we will be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number to and we will update your order details.
As for our Terms & Conditions, once an order has been shipped out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Apollo Pickleball LLC cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. Apollo Pickleball is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. However, all returns made should be in perfect condition and the return postage is to be paid by the returner. If you would like to process a return, please request an RMA # by emailing us at Once your return is approved, please mail it to our return address. After the package is received, we will refund your payment.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order after it has been shipped. All orders that have left our warehouse are final and not changeable.
